THE ART OF CHEESEMAKING
Since 1950, our story has been closely tied to the art of cheesemaking. We started with Grana Padano and Parmigiano Reggiano and in 2010 expanded our range with Gran Vita, developed for those following a vegetarian diet. Today, our modern and recently renovated facility ensures consistent product quality. We serve the retail, foodservice, and industrial sectors in Italy and over 30 countries worldwide.
PERFORMANCE
Our two cutting-edge dairies are the beating heart of our company, specializing in the production of Grana Padano and Gran Vita. Every day, we transform 200.000 liters of milk into premium quality cheeses through state-of-the-art equipment that ensures consistent excellence. A recently inaugurated packaging department with advanced technologies allows us to manage the entire production cycle. In our warehouses, 200,000 wheels are aged under strict control. Each year, we sell over 7 million kg of cheese in Italy and across the globe.
CONTINUOUS IMPROVMENT
Every day, we are committed to improving our existing practices by fostering a company culture focused on innovation and quality. We strongly believe that growth starts with people, which is why we continually invest in training and developing our team’s skills. At the same time, we work to enhance our production and organizational standards by adopting cutting-edge technologies and increasingly efficient processes. This approach enables us to deliver safe, sustainable, and high-quality products that meet our customers’ expectations and the challenges of a global market.
